Fragrances Return & Replacement Policy
For VLCC Fragrances (Mist), we offer return* only in following exceptional cases:
- If product gets damaged in transit
- If you get a wrong product
- If you receive an expired product
- If a product is missing in your order
In case of any of the above events, we will offer a return on VLCC Fragrances. Please take note:
- Issue needs to be reported within 48 hours after delivery.

- In-case you get a damaged product, please help us with relevant images.
- Refunds will be given as VLCC Store Credits with lifetime validity.
* - Please read: If the product is delivered in proper condition with intact packaging, we would not be able to accept returns. This is because:
- Once a bottle is opened or tested, it cannot be repacked and offered to any other customer.
- Fragrance is a very personal choice - meaning what one may like can be different from what others may like.
